Our Story

Elegance in Every Sip — Handcrafted with Nature's Touch

It Started With a Gift

The idea for our tea set didn’t begin in a design studio or a porcelain workshop — it started with a simple search for a meaningful gift.

We wanted something for someone special. Something beautiful, enduring, and capable of becoming a quiet part of daily life. We browsed countless options, but traditional tea sets felt too formal, while modern glass lacked soul and warmth.

“Eventually, we asked ourselves a simple question: What if we made it ourselves?”

Driven by curiosity rather than a grand corporate vision, we set out to craft the exact gift we couldn't find in the market.

Chasing the Flow of Green

Creating our signature jade-green glass was a process of patience and endless refinement.

In the beginning, the samples were far from right. Some felt too plain; others were oversaturated with color. A cup that looked captivating in the studio often lost its magic under soft, natural daylight.

We continually adjusted the shapes, refined the color blend, and studied how light moved through the glass. Along the way, we discovered something truly captivating: the green never flows the same way twice.

It swirls softly in one corner, lightens near the rim, and comes alive when illuminated by sun or tea. That natural variation became the heart of our design.

Embodying the Art of Imperfection

In modern manufacturing, absolute consistency is often the goal. But for this collection, perfection felt impersonal.

We realized that subtle differences give each piece its own identity. When you receive a LIUYAO cup, or gift one to a loved one, it belongs uniquely to them — unlike any other piece in someone else’s home.

It is personal, tactile, and deeply human.

Designed to Be Given, Crafted to Be Kept

As the collection took shape, our focus naturally shifted from the object itself to the moments it honors:

  • A thoughtful gesture sent across distance to parents.
  • A housewarming token for a warm new beginning.
  • A quiet thank-you to a lifelong friend.

We wasn't just making glassware; we were crafting a vessel for connection — beautiful enough to inspire a smile, yet durable enough for everyday rituals.
